With the high school basketball season ending and AAU basketball now up and running, “RocWithMe” is excited to introduce, “Basketball Is My Life”, a new inspirational documentary-style web series that profiles fun and talented high school basketball players. We’ll do interviews, discuss their basketball beginnings, obstacles and what they overcame. Finally, we’ll discover their aspirations and where they envision basketball taking them in the future.

The mission of this series is to provide inspiration to other players by revealing intimate details and personal stories behind each player’s journey. These players have so much to offer both on and off the court. Basketball is My Life chronicles the journey of young basketball stars who have all the potential of becoming tomorrow’s professional basketball stars. Ultimately, our goal is to provide players with a platform that will give them a voice to motivate others who are overcoming their own struggles, and to enhance their own experiences and opportunities as athletes and as individuals.

“Season 1″ highlights Arizona players, such as the #1 ranked player in the class of 2014, Zylan Cheatham, class of 2014 Courtney Ekmark, the #1 ranked girls basketball player in the state  and #1 shooting guard in the nation along with two-time state champion and Gatorades P.O.Y. Casey Benson,  the #4 ranked player in the state. Connor McDougull who is the #6 ranked player in the state and the #11 player and 2nd leading scorer in the state of Arizona, Jordan Howard as well.

Basketball is My Life has some interesting surprises ahead, including featuring some college and professional players who’ll be Rocking with us this season!

Basketball fans around the world will see these players like they have never seen them before. If you are a fan of any of these players or simply a basketball fan, then this is a show that you will not want to miss.
